As a result of our continuous growth, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate to join the  Account Management team of our Operations department.  

Main Duties:
 
  • Opening of customers’ accounts on our database;
  • Closing of customers’ accounts;
  • Updating customers’ records in accordance with the department’s procedures;
  • Perform changes on customers’ accounts; 
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative checks on account documentation for new and existing customers;
  • Abide with operational risk procedures;
  • Work effectively with other departments to streamline the Onboarding processes;
  • Ensuring all customers’ files are stored and maintained accordingly;
  • Scanning, filing and other administrative duties.
Qualifications / Requirements:
 
  • Level 4 certifications in business subjects or equivalent certifications;
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and ECDL base certificate;
  • Prior experience in a financial institution will be considered an asset;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Must have a good eye for detail.
